New Product Development Specialist

What this position is about – Purpose:

In this role, you will manage product and packaging development in the Baltics cluster according to company policy, annual plan (A&SP), and market requirements. This includes adherence to global and local legal regulations to advance JTI products in the market.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Product and Packaging Project Support: Assist in product and packaging projects from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment with brand plans. Coordinate packaging, product, and blend developments with key stakeholders. Identify project milestones and bottlenecks, engaging relevant functions to ensure the successful completion of PLM phases.
• Market Project Prioritization and Coordination: Align Market project priorities with NPD GBS and Global planning to manage workload and timelines, serving as the single contact for market clusters on product development with GBS and the supply chain. Establish contingencies through regular project coordination.
• PLM Process Support and Compliance: Act as a PLM expert, optimizing local and cross-functional processes, and collaborate with the Legal and CA Departments to track and anticipate legal changes related to products and packaging.
• Pricing Implementation and Regulatory Changes: Implement new pricing during portfolio price increases, coordinating with market and service function stakeholders. Prepare for regulatory changes and competitor format adjustments through contingency planning.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in NPD, data analysis, or project management in FMCG
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical skills
• Experience in innovation processes, packaging, and product development
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder and project management abilities
• Effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adaptable to changing priorities
