IT Business Solutions Manager

Purpose:

As D&IT Business Solutions Manager you will be at the forefront of integrating consumer-centric solutions within the global market landscape for your markets. Your role involves a strategic partnership with global IT teams to leverage technology in enhancing our RRP product offerings and making sure our business receives the appropriate solutions. Your role will be key to filling the gap between market demands, IT capabilities, and consumer-centric strategies.

You will also be responsible for formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Cluster. Serves as a solution architect responsible for driving the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Cluster’s growth and transformation objectives, actively engaging with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements and alignment with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business to identify improvements for existing solutions
• Explore with other regions' capabilities teams what exists so that synergies and technology re-use can be maximized, and deployed quickly & adopted
• Under the direction of the RPD, embrace and learn the steps and effort required to roll out a system to more than one market in the region
• Work with other regions that are rolling out systems ahead of your region to gain knowledge and to help deliver the solution faster in your region
• Use low-code tools provided in the JTI environment to augment and deliver simple and short-term capabilities
• Ensure the company's business community is provided with appropriate support and training/development in business systems, software, and hardware in order to make effective and efficient usage of systems and resources, and enable users to achieve business goals
• Lead projects to localize and roll out centralized systems, including the detailed planning and execution of the project/changes, data migration, external resources, and go-live

• Ensure 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and fulfill project commitments and contractual obligations
• Exercise fiscal discipline and maintain transparency in the overall management of project budgets

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science (Business Informatics) or strong IT background
• 3+ years’ experience in the IT discipline with 1+ of those years in IT Management of Business Solutions/ Application teams (including people management where relevant)
• Fluent in Lithuanian & English
• Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies
• Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry
• Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft O365 Platform (SharePoint, Office, Teams, etc.), Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Azure (Data Factory), New generation Business Intelligence solutions (MS Power BI), e-commerce: WordPress, Magento, Google Analytics

• Experience in analyzing business requirements and documenting processes, managing medium-to-large-scale projects, and supplier relationships

• Good financial and budgetary understanding
• Effective Communication: Communicate clearly across all organizational levels while balancing strategic and detailed tasks seamlessly
• Networking and Collaboration: excel at building strong connections and fostering teamwork
• Customer-oriented approach
