Digital Manager
As a Digital Manager, you will build and implement Digital strategy for the Baltics, in particular data collection, integrations with 3rd parties, payment gateway, adapters, UX optimization, B2B and B2C communications. You become the owner of the data collected across various touchpoints, including its harmonization across global and local systems. Also you'll be tasked with supervising deployments across multiple systems, managing development and reporting updates to senior management. You will translate business requirements into actionable steps for developers and manage stakeholder expectations.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Building new local offline systems as per business needs & shaping existing systems & integrations with 3rd party vendors to ensure compliance to global standards.
- Digital activation execution: Build landing pages & related tools to support marketing activations. Manage eCRM system to make sure relevant messages reach consumers on time in expected quality.
- Trade engagement and digitalization: in coordination with internal stakeholders develop efficient digital solutions for trade engagement and communication
- Analysis & Optimization: Ensure robust Consumer Data strategy with solid content plans and constant database optimization. Analyze and interpret data to steer online directions and maximize sales & cons. data growth.
- Cybersecurity: as data owner, you will be responsible for system uptime and prevent data leaks.
- Engagement: lead digital transformation within the company, support critical projects & be a go to person for all software related matters, while also participating in business discussions and highlighting the opportunities & challenges.
- Representation: act as SPOC for Baltics within wider inter-company community, raising relevant bugs, new feature requests and aligning positions globally.
- Reporting: provide regular business and technical updates to both local senior management and various global teams.
- Digital touchpoints and e-commerce management: managing the brand’s online touchpoints, improving brand awareness, acquisition and conversion to increase traffic and online revenue
- Budget: Executes digital budget. Plan, monitor and control the digital budget line regularly in order to ensure optimal ROI.
- People management: Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team.
Requirements:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional with strong expertise in strategy development, financial acumen, and project management. The ideal candidate excels in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and partners. They possess sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and future growth. A deep understanding of consumer marketing, brand communication, and business insights is crucial to develop impactful strategies. With strong decision-making skills, this individual will play a key role in shaping the business landscape and driving long-term success
- 4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing Strategy in B2C of FMCG
- University Degree or equivalent (Digital Marketing Master's degree is a plus)
- Fluency in English
- PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP
- Digital Marketing: Data Analytics, Content Creation, SEO & SEM, CRM, Social Media, Basic Design Skills
