Brand Manager's role is to develop and manage brand strategies for assigned brand portfolio. From this role, the Brand Manager will be responsible for executing the brands' budget (activation & product initiatives). She/he will prepare recommendations on strategic solutions, analyze the market, initiate brand equity building marketing programs. Also, she/he will lead brand activation programs in line with the brand strategy and guidelines, set objectives, follow-up on results and provide input for trade marketing activities and sales operations. Recommending innovations, striving for consistency and quality of execution and understanding target audience and their needs, is equaly important as all mentioned above.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzing how brand is positioned in the market and crystalizing targeted consumers insights
  • Taking brand ownership and providing the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match it up
  • Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Monitoring brand evaluation metrics (volume, market share, distribution, brand funnel, brand attributes, etc.) to ensure KPIs delivery and to recommend strategic/tactical actions
  • Planning, designing and implementing marketing campaigns together with Trade Marketing Manager, in line with masterplan, based on overall market analysis and consumer expectations
  • Managing product development initiatives: new product development, limited edition packs, packaging communications and cost/delivery efficiency improvements
  • Managing budget

 

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Proven working experience (min. 3 years) in FMCG company in Brand management
  • University degree – ideally with focus on Marketing
  • Excellent understanding of marketing mix
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English
  • Strong IT skills: MS Office software (Excel, Power Point)
