Trade Activation Specialist

The team is currently looking for a Trade Activation Specialist who will contribute to the implementation of trade activation initiatives across the Baltic markets.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing trade activation initiatives across the Baltic markets in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams.
• Coordinating the implementation of campaigns in retail and digital channels, while monitoring and analyzing their performance.
• Managing budgets, including tracking expenses, coordinating purchase documentation (invoices, etc.), and ensuring budget compliance.
• Coordinating the production and delivery of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), ensuring quality and timely availability.
• Participating in special projects and trade activation initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Contributing to process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of trade activities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing / trade activation, or marketing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree (university level).
• Experience in the FMCG sector would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to collaborate effectively with different teams.
