P&C Partner and Process Manager
As a P&C Partner and Process Manager, you will play a key role in driving talent processes, shaping the employee experience, and supporting leaders across the Baltics. You will ensure that people strategies effectively enable business priorities, capability building, and organizational development while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and high‑performance culture.
Position:
As P&C Partner and Process Manager you will:

Lead end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition across the Baltics, partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely, high‑quality recruitment and strong talent pipelines.

Drive Employer Branding initiatives, adapting global and local strategies to strengthen JTI’s position as a Top Employer and enhance brand visibility in the region.

Manage core Talent Management processes, including performance cycle and talent reviews, while coaching managers to lead effective development conversations and build capabilities aligned with business priorities.

Lead Employee Experience and Engagement activities such as EES (Employee Engagement Survey) and DE&I (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) initiatives, analyzing insights and partnering with stakeholders to implement impactful action plans.

Act as a trusted P&C Business Partner to leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and leadership capability building.

Handle ad hoc initiatives and cross‑functional projects as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:

University degree in Social Sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an international FMCG environment.

Fluent Lithuanian and English, strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics, data, and talent‑related systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SuccessFactors as an advantage.

Strong understanding of talent management, organizational effectiveness, and the employee lifecycle.

Proven ability to manage confidential information, drive change initiatives, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Ability to influence leaders, build partnerships, and support cross‑functional collaboration.
Salary Range: 3800 - 4300 EUR gross per month.
