FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager
Position
The FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager leads financial planning, analysis, and reporting across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia for both Combustibles and RRP. The role supports strategic decisions through accurate financial insights and manages budgeting, P&L, cash flow, and year-end processes. As a key partner to Baltics ExCom, the manager ensures alignment with corporate requirements, contributes to business proposals, and supports strategic simulations. The role also fosters cross-functional collaboration and coaches teams to strengthen financial understanding across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Market Planning & Reporting – Lead financial planning processes (Outlooks, Latest Estimates, Annual & Strategic Plans) and ensure alignment with local and regional teams
- Market Controlling – Monitor and analyze YTD performance, manage P&L and Market Free Cash Flow, and lead year-end closing activities
- Financial Input to Business Proposals – Provide financial validation and simulations for business proposals and pricing scenarios
- Commercial Finance Partnering – Deliver insights and recommendations to Baltics ExCom to support strategic decision-making
- Budgeting & Controlling – Oversee OPEX and M&S budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with targets
- Strategic Analysis – Conduct simulations and maintain strategic market models to support long-term planning
- Reporting & Presentations – Prepare high-quality presentations for internal stakeholders including Board of Directors
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Contribute to business projects across departments, ensuring financial alignment and support
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; financial qualification (e.g. ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and budgeting, including 2 years in a similar role within a multinational environment. Experience in FMCG sector is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Think-Cell; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills as well as team leadership and coaching skills
