Consumer & Market Insights Specialist 

 

About the role 

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable business insights? Join our Marketing team to support and shape business decisions through consumer, customer, and market intelligence. 

In this role you will help drive our research and analytics agenda by transforming complex data into meaningful insights. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external research partners, you will support strategic planning, forecasting, business performance evaluation, and market understanding across the Baltics. 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytical thinking, consumer understanding, and business partnering while contributing to strategic decision-making in a dynamic FMCG environment.  

 

What you will do 

Consumer & Trade Insights 

  • Coordinate consumer and trade research projects from briefing to insights delivery. 

  • Collaborate with research agencies and stakeholders to ensure business-relevant outcomes. 

  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that support commercial and marketing decisions. 

Market Intelligence & Analytics 

  • Monitor market dynamics, category developments, and consumer trends. 

  • Support market modelling, forecasting, and planning processes with robust analytical inputs. 

  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc analyses to drive data-based decision-making. 

Reporting & Data Excellence 

  • Manage retail audit data and reporting processes. 

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across key information sources. 

  • Continuously improve reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical solutions. 

Stakeholder & Partner collaboration 

  • Build effective relationships with data providers, research agencies, and internal stakeholders. 

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of research and market intelligence services. 

  • Support cross-functional business projects and initiatives. 

 

What we're looking for 

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or a related field. 

  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG, market research, business analytics, consumer insights, or a similar field. 

  • Knowledge of forecasting, market modelling principles. 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations. 

  • Experience in consumer, competitor, and market analysis, marketing research methodologies understanding, 

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools, Power BI, or business intelligence platforms would be an advantage. 

  • Strong communication skills. Curiosity and learning agility, proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation. 

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English language.

What to expect 

Monthly gross salary: EUR 3,500-4,000
