Quality Control Operator
We are seeking a Quality Control Operator to support shift quality operations. This role is responsible for coordinating quality activities for oral products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications. Additionally, the position involves providing quality support for various projects within snus operations and offering close assistance in snus product and process development initiatives.
Position:
As the Quality Control Operator, you will:
- Conduct regular assurance checks on Quality Control (QC) activities in production
- Perform physical, visual, and hygiene checks on finished goods to ensure compliance with standards and specifications; take corrective actions for market release
- Execute NTM IMIs, QUIP, and DMR controls
- Provide accurate results for batch release in SAP
- Oversee sampling, sample coordination, shipping, and evaluation for SAP batch release
- Manage quality-related inventory control (NTMs, QUIPs, rejections, etc.)
- Report maintenance needs and perform functional checks on Quality Measurement Equipment (QME)
- Verify equipment and ensure standards/methods are current
- Support quality training and assess training needs for production and stakeholders
- Maintain and update Quality SOPs across the organisation
- Provide active support in all QC areas to production and cross-functional teams
- Handle tasks/projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
- Cooperate on health and safety matters to prevent injuries and illness
- Maintain 5S3R standards in the Quality Lab
Requirements:
- Secondary, High School education
- 1-2 years of experience working in food production
- English and Swedish fluently written and spoken
- Good knowledge in MS Office, QIMS and SAP
