Process Lead 

 

We are looking for a Process Lead to strengthen the operating teams’ technical expertise and process control capabilities within the assigned Cell. The role is responsible for delivering planned production volumes while ensuring compliance with product specifications, quality standards, efficiency targets, yield expectations, and other key performance indicators. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Process Lead drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports the implementation of new projects, and oversees product and material trials. The role also leads problem-solving activities to improve line performance and equipment utilisation, while coaching and developing line teams to build capability, embed IWS methodologies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

 

Position:

 

As the Process Lead, you will: 

 

  • Drive production performance within the assigned cell, ensuring delivery of volume, quality, efficiency and yield targets
  • Analyse performance losses and implement improvement actions to enhance process stability, line performance and equipment utilisation
  • Partner with the Cell Team to identify improvement opportunities and develop short- and medium-term action plans to address process failures and eliminate recurring stops
  • Coordinate and prioritise key operational and continuous improvement activities to achieve cell objectives
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives, using data and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues and deliver sustainable results
  • Establish, maintain and continuously improve Daily Management Systems (DMS) to support performance monitoring, decision-making and action tracking
  • Support the implementation of Integrated Work System (IWS) standards and methodologies, ensuring consistent execution across the production area
  • Develop and coach operators in process control, technical problem-solving and operational best practices to strengthen team capability and performance
  • Lead and contribute to process, quality, yield and productivity improvement projects, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives
  • Support the introduction of new products, materials and initiatives, including the planning, execution and evaluation of production trials
  • Collaborate closely with Cell Leads, Maintenance Leads and other stakeholders to optimise production processes and drive operational excellence
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and safe working practices across the production environment

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Degree in Engineering or Production Management
  • 1+ year of professional experience in similar position
  • Excellent English and Swedish fluently written and spoken
  • Advanced PC literacy (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of production technologies, standards of factory and data driven improvement programs, Lean Manufacturing (KAIZEN, TPM, TQP, JIT), ISO/EHS
  • Knowledge on IWS principles and routine
  • Advanced analytical skills and team management
  • Operational knowledge on Quality Management and Production Planning
