Project Engineer


What the position is about – Purpose:
We are looking for a Project Engineer to join Nordic Snus’ Engineering department. You will be a part of a small team and you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various Engineering projects in order to support all factory functions to achieve short- and long-term commitments. 
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing different type of projects – from initiation and preparation to completion and follow-up, including CapEx management, coordination of suppliers and contractors. Our Project Engineers are working in close cooperation with all functions in the Manufacturing unit and additionally with Global internal functions and suppliers. 


What will you do - Responsibilities
•    Lead and coordinate various engineering projects in order to fulfill the business objectives and provide solid long term engineering solutions based on feasibility engineering studies;
•    Have the ownership for CapEx management for all dedicated projects
•    Full responsibility for the performance of all installed to achieve high-performance levels at the best cost;
•    Lead and support the Improvement and Preventive Maintenance Programs in Production 
•    Be responsible and actively run the ISO50001 Management system; identify any potential problems via analysis, identify future projects or improvements in the energy consumption at the site;

Who we are looking for - Requirements


We are looking for someone with a desire to succeed, who is target-driven and customer-focused. You have good planning and organizational skills and a well-developed range of interpersonal and communication skills. Last but not least – you are a team player with a one-team mindset. 

For this position, you also need: 
•    Engineering Bachelor Degree;
•    1-2 years of experience in Project Management in Automation/ Mechanical engineering;
•    Fluency in verbal and written Swedish and English
•    Advanced knowledge in MS Office, preferable experience in MS Project and CAD-editors.
