Branch Finance Associate (Fixed Term)
The Branch Finance Associate is primarily responsible for proactively collaborating with field partners by providing timely operational and financial support, particularly in branch operations. The role contributes to process optimization by proposing improvements, implementing approved projects, and leading or supporting the rollout of new processes, initiatives, and company policies.
As the Branch Finance Associate, you will be responsible for:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with field teams and local CBU units to support branch operations, resolve audit findings, and participate in business reviews and team meetings. -
Branch Finance Operations:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including check clearing, REVO validation, CWT review, and route settlements. Prepare CN/DN adjustments as needed. -
KPI Monitoring & Compliance:
Track key branch performance indicators (e.g., QAR, CL utilization). Implement internal controls, support audit readiness, manage credit limits, and ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies. -
Reporting & Analytics:
Perform data analysis and transaction reviews using tools like DAS, SPAR, and PCV reports. Investigate variances, support fraud detection, and deliver insights to CBU partners. -
Projects & Ad Hoc Tasks:
Lead or support branch-related projects and training activities for TSR/TER. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.

At least 3 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the FMCG industry.

Experience in accounts receivables and credit management is required.

Proficient in both English and Tagalog; knowledge of the local language or dialect of the assigned territory is an advantage.

Familiarity with credit management policies and procedures.

Strong understanding of integrated systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP).

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.

Flexible, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
