To strengthen our team in the area of Production at the Trier Factory, we are looking for a Manufacturing Operational Change Lead (m/f/d)
As a Manufacturing Operational Change Lead, you will drive the introduction and adaptation of the work organizational structure at the Trier Factory by starting with the comprehensive support of the roll-out of Autonomous Maintenance within the factory. You ensure this by preparing the areas to independently plan, coordinate and carry out all relevant training and qualification courses for defined target groups in accordance with the respective requirements.

Your tasks:
- Prepare, guide and support the change management process in production at structural, organizational and process level by deploying relevant steps as part of the IWS phase progression
- Accompany and monitor Autonomous Maintenance progress and compliance in the Factory providing support and intervention in all areas, where necessary
- Plan, coordinate and implement workshops, training, and governance activities, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with local strategies
- Develop and implement a digital roadmap to track rollout stages, adherence KPIs, and reports
- Support qualification of key organizational roles to target level to meet the capability requirements of IWS phase progression criteria
- Coach PDCA capabilities and tools across all organizational levels
Your profile:
- Relevant educational background: University Degree, preferably in Engineering, Production Management or similar
- Practical experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain within FMCG industry
- Valuable knowledge: Profound knowledge of methods of new work systems and work structures, good MS Office and Microsoft Project skills, Power BI and SAP skills are a plus, fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Special strengths: Distinctive, relevant experience with IWS or similar systems is mandatory
- Suitable personality: Leadership experience with strong ability to mentor, coach, and support the development of manufacturing capabilities, strong expertise in communication, negotiation, and problem-solvin
