To strengthen our Leaf & Blends team we are looking for a Leaf & Blends Coordinator (m/f/d) in temporary employment. 
 

Your job mission: 
The purpose of this role is to facilitate Blend Specification Database (BSD) project activities, ensuring effective collaboration with various stakeholders. The role involves managing data, documentation, and SAP-related activities, as well as leveraging advanced Excel skills to ensure timely and compliant project execution.

Your tasks:

· Support planning and tracking of L&B (Leaf & Blends) project activities in line with BSD (Blend Specification Database) timeline  
·  Coordinate communication regarding project activities and alignment across Leaf & Blends (JT/JTI) and other R&D teams, documenting key actions.
·  Collect, process, and evaluate data from SAP, Excel, and other sources to support project decisions
·  Participate in impact evaluation of L&B (Leaf & Blends) tools and processes, and contribute to defining and implementing issue resolution actions
·  Manage project documentation and ensure timely, accurate submissions using required formats
·  Oversee SAP testing and Go-Live activities in production environment, including test execution and follow-up
·  Guide and support team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth
·  Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

 

Your profile:  

·  Relevant educational background: University degree preferably in Economics or Information Technology or comparable commercial education with relevant business experience
·  Practical experience:  Experience in data management, preferably within the tobacco industry. Initial experience in IT, R&D and/or Product Development in is an asset
·  Valuable knowledge: Excellent IT system skills (especially SAP, Excel, Word processing tools). Project management skills. Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of German is an asset
·  Special strengths: Understanding of tobacco markets, casing and flavoring, as well as cigarette design and components, is an asset
·  Suitable personality: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset
