In the Quality Assurance department based in Trier are several positions as Laboratory Group Coordinator (m/f/d) to fill.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organization and coordination of physical and chemical testing of tobacco products and Non-Tobacco Material (NTM) according to defined quality testing programs
  • Data evaluation and data reporting through the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and release of analysis data in scope of incoming material inspection as well as communication of the results to internal customers as well as suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate product testing according to internal Quality Management (QM) System and ISO 17025 requirements
  • Maintenance of existing QM System, creation and revision of documents (e.g. SOPs, working instructions, local QA policies)
  • Planning, organization and statistical data evaluation of international collaborative studies and studies with suppliers for NTM
  • Training and technical guidance of laboratory technicians

 

Your Profile:

  • University degree in a scientific or a technical field, e.g., chemistry, food technology or comparable education
  • Several years of work experience in international companies in FMCG area
  • Detailed technical knowledge in instrumental analytics (e.g., GC, HPLC, NIR)
  • Advanced knowledge in Quality Management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025)
  • Ability to work effectively in a diversified team and in an international environment
  • Experience in leadership and high social skills
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
  • Practical experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP
