TP Process Analysis Engineer

What this position is about – Purpose: 

In this role, you will be responsible for Month-end closing activities, ISO management, TP SAP transactions and 5S3R coordination in the Tobacco Processing Department.

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

KPI's Responsibility

• Responsible for month-end closing activities. Establish effective administration, follow up on month-end closing activities, and prepare the tobacco yield report on the second working day of each month. Ensure accurate yield figures on BW. Close the month with the common consent of related parties
• Performing analyses to determine the effect of factors affecting Tobacco Yield
• Visual Management of KPI's via preparing necessary graphics. Analyze the data and identify improvement needed areas to share with the department

Shopfloor Regularity Responsibility

• Accountable for coordination of 5S3R improvements and internal audit actions follow-up & 5S3R and KPI board maintenance in the tobacco processing department

Annual Strategic Planning

• Providing support during the Annual Strategic Planning period via gathering historical data, preparing user-friendly charts/tables, equipped with needed information during target setting
• Perform calculations, and prepare final charts

Quality

• Leading and coordinating beetle teams and carrying out beetle prevention studies
• Taking part in contamination prevention activities

SAP & EHS Responsibility

• Act as SAP power user of the Tobacco Processing Department and assist with SAP-related issues
• Identify and evaluate potential risks on the shopfloor, prepare risk assessments and take preventive action related to them

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

• University Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar job
• Fluent knowledge of both Turkish and English
• Very good analytical skills
• Excellent PC knowledge is a must (MS Office programs & SAP)
