POSITION PURPOSE

 

We are looking for HR Systems & Planning Supervisor based in Tongi reporting directly to Factory HR Manager

 

The successful candidate shall be responsible for performing economic / financial analyzes and projections and other accurate and timely information to support strategical and operational decisions related to the HR planning department for Global Supply Chain (Factory and Leaf)

 

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Prepare and review the company's 3-year financial plan related to Human Resources (labour cost, benefits, headcount, etc.)
  • To monitor and control all changes related to new hires, promotions, position changes, cost centre, replacements and terminations, to ensure alignment with the annual plan
  • To perform timely complex information analysis, scenarios and reports to ensure management has precise information for decision making
  • Provide HR key process indicators reports to other areas on time (e.g. Finance)
  • Organize and coordinate the HR Opex control, explaining variances and correcting misalignments
  • Ensure HR systems are effectively maintained and are fulfilling the need to have prompt and precise information available

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • At least University Graduate from a reputed Public or Private University.
  • 4 to 7 years minimum experience, preferably in FMCG multinational companies
  • Advanced MS Office experience (eg. Excel and Powerpoint)
