Position Purpose

Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the digital marketing strategy and online for all product categories, for trade and consumers. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads the e-commerce business of Logic. Is accountable for both the front end (visible content on website and offering) but also the back end (technical implementation with IT/BTS at a global level but also the customer service team and the fulfilment team). This includes any sort of website redesign or system migration or maintenance necessary to grow the "more profitable" digital portion of the Logic revenues.

 

  • Is responsible for driving Logic online revenues through the acquisition of new consumers online. Utilizes the full spectrum of marketing tools: Display campaigns, External Email blasts, SEO, Promotions, social media, content calendar, loyalty programs, database management. Liaise with Logic brand group to ensure compliance to global standards and guidelines.

 

  • Is responsible for building and planning digital strategies for LD: UX design, external e-mail campaign, promotions, database management, coupons, content development. Liaise with LD brand group to ensure compliance to global standards and guidelines.

 

  • Identifies, contracts, animates, keeps accountable a network of expert digital agencies in the areas of website maintenance, creatives, email, organic search, social media, digital media etc.

 

  • Lead the trade communication strategy in all online platforms to increase awareness and loyalty for JTI brands. (Management of JTI Evolve, B2B and all other available digital tools)

People management
Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

 

Other
Support team with analytics, reporting, and ad hoc presentations preparations for management reviews and other meetings part of the business cycle (A&SP, SPC, Business Review…)

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience and strong understanding of software development, SEO, data analytics, digital AI technologies and expertise in one or two coding languages. Outstanding analytical skills, strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
