Position Purpose

Activation Manager is responsible for building the details of all consumer and trade programs, planning the resources, managing the external agencies, budget and execution details.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Design trade and consumer programs for all product categories for all trade channels. Ensure all programs are inline with the portfolio and corporate strategies.
  • Ensure constant information exchange with the sales force and portfolio team to build brand and trade programs addressing market challenges and opportunities. 
  • Responsible for the designing, building and producing the details of all trade and consumer programs (budgets, legal approvals, agency briefs, agency selection, KPI management)
  • Follow up timely and effective production of all program materials for trade and consumers in all channels, all categories. Build the required communication materials for the field. 
  • Liase with legal, finance, brand and digital teams to build compliant and effective plans, support the Portfolio Manager and Marketing Director for ASP and LE plannings, reportings. 

 

Functional Skills

Strong initiative taking and planning, project management, organization, attention to detail, analytical and strategic skills are essential in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-6 years work experience in Trade &Consumer marketing
  • Fluent in oral and written English
