Japan Tobacco International in Georgia is hiring smart, experienced and communicable professional for the role of Trade Channels Manager, based in Tbilisi. This is 9-month assignment.  

In this role, you will lead trade channels direction in Georgia and implement trade / consumer-centered projects to maximize sales volumes in Georgia according to Company’s global approach and business requirements. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Formulate and consistently implement trade channels strategy. Prioritize, segment and analyze the Trade Channels according to the standards applicable in the Company. Advise the key trade investment priority segments
  • Handle, update and analyze Trade Database to achieve the best accuracy. Align and consolidate all trade / consumer activation processes to ensure effective coverage and prevent potential overlaps.
  • Plan and implement Trade Channels projects in Georgia including Census, collect, analyze and report all data and information
  • Handle entire contracting cycle for trade points to achieve the highest quality of contracted universe. Control budget. Develop distribution strategy and consistently analyze and estimate performance

 

Main requirements: 

 

Education / Knowledge: University degree. Very strong knowledge of Excel. Advanced knowledge of big data analysis.  Good understanding of advanced IT technologies / web tools / solutions and research systems would be a very strong advantage. Fluent Georgian and English. Fluent Russian will be an advantage.

Professional Experience: Minimum 1+ years in trade / consumer strategy and /or research field. Managerial experience in multinational company or FMCG would be strong advantage.

Other skills: Very strong analytics, big picture vision, foreseeing implicit facts and trends behind the available figures and data. Good communication and negotiation skills. Solution-oriented. Proactive and flexible.
