Sales Analyst, Caucasus

What this position is about - Purpose:  


Sales Analyst, Caucasus effectively executes full cycle of data flow management to timely ensure consolidated and reliable data and market insights for management business decisions through effective reporting flows standardization, data flow automation across Caucasus as well as collaboration with market stakeholders and digital suppliers.  

The incumbent supports and manages FFA & Sales Data by being power user of company-adapted BI Tool. S/he also defines and recommends new opportunities for business enhancement.  



What will you do - Responsibilities:  


  • Analyze key performance indicators, understand JTI performance and market trends as well as distributor’s and competitor's operation models; 

  • Calculate and justify benefits of programs and solutions for clients;  

  • Timely ensure most reliable and comprehensive reporting flow, consolidate all data flows, standardize reports, and align new reporting templates with all stakeholders;  

  • Build compliant environment via transparent reporting, simplify and automate reporting to optimize workload; 

  • Provide administrative support to Georgian team (PO, PR), managing full documentation flow with digital suppliers; 

  • Define and recommend new opportunities for business enhancement and business doing simplification; 

  • Full responsibility for communication flow from external stakeholders, advanced alignment of all projects scope with all stakeholders, maintain sustainable relationships with all company stakeholders. 



Who are we looking for - Requirements:  


  • University Degree, preferably in Business Administration. MBA is an advantage. 

  • 2-years of successful experience in Sales & Trade Marketing. Previous experience in analytics is advantage; 

  • Fluent English and Russian; 

  • Confident PC user (MS Office, Power BI), managing database is an advantage; 

  • Strong analytical, planning skills; 

  • Good decision-making and multi-tasking skills; 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict management skills; 

  • Fast learner, self-motivator, high result orientation.
