Key Account Executive

 

What this position is about - Purpose:

 

Managing Key Account channels by fostering long-term partnerships, driving sales growth, enhancing customer engagement in trade activities, and conducting professional negotiations to execute the Key Account strategy

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure beneficial relationships with Key Accounts
  • Participation in planning of resources
  • Investment efficiency control in accordance with KPI
  • ROI estimation and improvement
  • Negotiation process planning
  • Control fulfilment of contract terms with Key Account
  • Negotiate effectively with Key Accounts to achieve Company's goals
  • Cross-functional communication with related departments to achieve the Company's` targets
  • Know and understand market strategy. Know and understand Key Account and sales team strategy. Know KPI's targets of Sales department
  • Plan negotiations with each client. Have a clear understanding of what the result should be. To prepare financial arguments and alternative offers for clients
  • Response for JTI and KAs relationship building and increase their loyalty to the Company

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience, preferably in an international organization
  • Fluent English or Russian
  • Strong Sales skills
  • Confident PC user - MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good relationship-building skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good understanding of Market
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good presentational skills
  • Good planning skills
