Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team to ensure team KPI’s are met in terms of availability, visibility, volume, market share, quality (e.g. RQI) and customer price of products are achieved for his area.
  • Conduct necessary Market visits  to follow up  on team performance and to ensure maintaining strong relational ships with customers
  • Ensure proper implementation of any new trade discount/program within his area.
  • Take ownership on team development by facilitating a culture of empowerment, enabling, responsibility and learning to create an innovative, performance driven environment, underpinned by JTI values.
  • Monitor KPI and report results to the sales management including sales volume and pricing stock management
  • Ensure related clients database is up to date

Prerequisites

  • 3- 5 years’ experience in sales & distribution with FMCG Background
  • Excellent Communications, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage, build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong  leadership skills
  • Computer skills  (Excel, Word and power point)
