DIGITAL SOLUTION ASSOCIATE MANAGER

We are seeking a Digital Solution Associate Manager to support the Consumer Journey Manager in delivering a superior digital experience for the Reduced Risk Product (RRP) category. The candidate will be expected to transform a digital framework into a deployment roadmap and develop a mix of digital platforms to support the established RRP objectives. 

This position is responsible for owning the development, execution, and measurement of the RRP category's digital marketing initiatives. Including the translation of our company & RRP objectives into the establishment and deployment of sustainable and effective digital platforms

Other responsibilities include:

• Understanding the competitive landscape and anticipating competitors' moves in the digital marketing of the RRP category.
• Overseeing digital marketing platforms across various touchpoints, with continuous improvements to ensure the best consumer experience.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating resilience and agility in the ever-evolving tobacco industry. They should have a proven track record of building digital marketing platforms and expertise in employing modern digital techniques.

As the Digital Solution Associate Manager, you will: 

• Build relevant and sustainable online digital platforms across consumer touchpoints, aligning with a consumer-centric business strategy.

• Strong ability to translate global guidelines into local toolkits and share best digital practices as part of the overall digital capability building for the organization.
• Exhibit authority and proficiency in leading and enhancing digital platforms to ensure long-term effectiveness and competitiveness
• Translate digital activity into business metrics at particular stages of the consumer journey, periodically track results, and provide actionable insights to all stakeholders.
• Handle relationships with external digital agencies and vendors, including contract negotiation, scope of work management, and performance tracking

Requirements: 

• University graduated
• At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specialized in digital platform deployment
• Experience in crafting multi-channel digital campaigns
• In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and market requirements
• Proven ability to work within a technical environment (translating and aligning business to technical requirements
• Must Have:
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Good writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing technology and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Proven team player, effectively communicating with various organizational functions
  • Agile methodologies, SaaS, Cloud solutions, HTML, MySQL, Rest API, Power BI, etc.
