WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

The incumbent is responsible for in timely and accurate realization of spare parts movements in spare parts warehouses to ensure correctness in spare parts stock and movements (all movements according to the plan). This person is responsible for ensuring correct and safe ways of storing parts and that all physical movements are online and accurately registered in the warehouse IT system. Understand and follow all the policies and procedures of spare parts movements.

As the Warehouse Operator, you will: 

• Warehouse Management
  • Picking up and unloading deliveries of all incoming spare parts to the warehouse and storing them in the designated storage space, confirming the quantity and physical conditions of the spare parts. Full coordination and execution of parts activities with all related functions.
  • All preparations of parts, movements, and issues to the production departments need to be implemented in time and according to the plan.
  • Placement of all inbound parts in the warehouse, protecting them against damages, losses, and stealing, performing all treatments/maintenance tasks to protect the quality of parts, and sustaining a good level of cleanliness in the warehouse.
• System
  • Online (parallel to physical movement) registering of parts movements in the warehouse IT system, such as: parts pick up, putting parts into the bin, parts inbound, stock difference, changing physical location of parts, parts issue, parts shipment.
• Category
  • Ensuring that all data registered in the warehousing IT system is equal to the physical quantity in the warehouse. Conduct all needed registrations according to the law of parts movements and stored parts quantity, as well as all other registrations, lists, schedules, reports, etc. Follow all rules and policies connected with the parts flow and the way of storing them.
• Other
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

Requirements: 

• A university degree holder
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management, production, or any similar roles.
• Excellent Chinese and Basic English communication skills
• Familiarity with using MS Office, SAP, and ERP systems
