PROCESS LEAD

Process Lead 將發展團隊的技術知識和對製程控制的掌握，在分配的工作單元中使用 IWS 方法在效率、人因工程、安全和品質方面改進並優化生產過程.

As the Process Lead in the Make and Pack Team, you will: 

• Cell Daily Operation
  • 為生產線系統的負責人，包括 centerline (CL)、changeover (CO) 和 change management (CM) daily management systems (DMS).
  • 培養操作團隊對過程控制的技術知識掌握
  • 具有分析思維，能夠解釋和分析數據
  • 提供高績效員工及初階職位成員晉升機會
• Cell Improvement
  • 解決產線問題，幫含 initial problem solving (IPS) 和unified problem solving (UPS) standard work processes (SWP).
  • 數據分析，包括使用生產線的數據分析工具、設備數據系統，以及 Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator 的可靠性數據工具套件.
• Delivery
  • 為機台問題解決之代理人員，以確保包裝機台持續並準時達成產量目標
  • 協助操作機台
• Other
  • 根據直屬主管的指示完成任務和專案.

Requirements: 

• 相關大學文憑或同等學歷 (統計或工程相關優先)
• 五年以上相關經驗
• 以下領域之經驗:
  • 解決產線問題和數據分析
  • 製造及品管七大手法
• 具流利中文口說及書寫能力
• 具流利英語口說及書信能力佳
• 基礎電腦能力
• 影響他人、教授、指導和發展團隊的能力
• 使用統計數據和相關工具辨識生產數據趨勢，以不斷提高安全性、品質和生產力
• 能夠在團隊環境中工作

The Process Lead is expected to develop the line team’s technical understanding and the mastery of process control to improve and optimize the production process in terms of efficiency, ergonomics, safety, and quality using IWS methodology in the assigned work cell.
 

As the Process Lead in the Make and Pack Team, you will: 

• Cell Daily Operation
  • Ownership of line systems, including centerline (CL), changeover (CO), and change management (CM) daily management systems (DMSs).
  • You are expected to develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and mastery of process control.
  • Analytically minded and able to interpret and analyze data.
  • Entry-level position or advancement opportunity for high-performing associates.
• Cell Improvement
  • Problem-solving on the line, including taking on the role of the line expert in initial problem-solving (IPS) and unified problem-solving (UPS) standard work processes (SWPs).
  • Data analysis, including using the line’s data analytics tools, equipment data systems, and the Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator’s suite of reliability data tools.
• Delivery
  • Be the backup for problem resolution to ensure the packer machine keeps delivering the volume on time
  • Support machine operation
• Other
  • Handle various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

Requirements: 

• A bachelor's degree diploma or equivalent is recommended (preferably in statistics or engineering). 
• 5+ years of professional experience in the relevant area 
• Experienced on:
  • Problem-solving line issues and data analysis
  • Lean manufacturing and QC 7 tools LEAN
• Strong Chinese language communication skills, both written and verbal
• English language for effective verbal and written communication is preferred
• Digital literacy (MS Office)
• Proven abilities in influencing people, teaching, coaching, and developing others through on-shop-floor interaction
• Identify trends in production data with the usage of statistics and related tools to keep improving safety, quality, and productivity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
