Position Purpose

The incumbent’s overall objective is to carry out his duties in line with Act on Health and Safety.  Control proper document circulation in accordance with legal regulations. 

Main Areas of Responsibility 

Factory Environment, Health and Safety

•  Monitor so that factory conformance is achieved and maintained in line with health and safety legal requirements. 進行廠區監控，確保工廠營運符合相關安全法規要求。
•  Monitor factory performance indicators: EHS KPI's. Analyze data and address action programs to further improve the performance effects. 隨時監控廠區環安衛績效指標。分析相關安全數據並訂定行動計畫以改善績效。
•  Plan and supervise employees and contractors by conducting site patrol, inspection, hazardous communication and job-site monitoring matters. 規劃與督導有關員工與承攬商，進行巡視、定期檢查、重點檢查、危害通識及作業環境測定等工作。
•  Plan and supervise the process and assess the risk of safety and health at work site and report/propose any improvement. i.e. Safety risk assessment, ergonomic assessment and chemical management. 規劃並督導工廠安全, 執行廠內安全衛生風險評估事宜。如安全風險評估，人因評估與化學品管理

Budget

• Plan resources (budget) needed for department successful performance within the scope of protection and prevention.  Control budget execution. Budget reporting, monitoring, planning, calculation and update. 規劃部門關鍵績效所需之安全預算，針對預算進行控制、執行、報告、監督、計算與更新。

Other

• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

Environment, Health and Safety (for all shopfloor colleagues)

• Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe. 明白工作潛在風險危害、瞭解並採取相關預防措施以確保工作安全暨衛生。
• Ensure compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well as the cooperation on the continuous improvement process. 依循JTI對工作危害的職安準則要求、恪守相關職安法令/法規，並配合對現有工作環境的持續改善與優化。
• Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor and carry out any measures to eliminate them. 展現安全行為，主動呈報主管職安意外、虛驚事故、未規範到之不安全情況與行為。採取對應措施以消弭上述事宜。

People management

• Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Can communicate effectively in English
• Familiar with MS Office
• 2-5 year experience of work in industry in similar position
• Level B safety and health management license. 乙級勞工安全衛生管理員
• Nice to have: Certificated of ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 internal auditor. ISO 45001 或 OHSAS 18001 內稽人員資格
