Postition Overview:

The aim of the incumbent's position is to ensure competitive level of compensation and benefits in the organization. Manages Personal Administration, Organizational Management in SAP HR system and Payroll system management.

 

Requirements:

  1. Education: University degree (preferably a degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, Human Recources).
  2. Work Experience:Professional experience in a big international company will be an additional advantage.Project management skills and experience in budgeting, C&B Management.
  3. Languages & Computer Skills: Fluent English, other language is an asset. Knowledge of Ms Office.

 

Main Areas of Responsibility

  1. Establishes Policies and Procedures related to HR function. Monitors changes and interprets Labour Code, social security regulations (social benefits), timely updates related Policies and Procedures.
  2. Coordinates employees Master Data maintenance in SAP HR system, guarantees Data quality in the system. Coordinates and controls proper maintenance of Organization Management in the system in compliance with JTI guidelines. Responsible for Annual Salary Review process providing full support to managers, proper communication, employees announcement.
  3. Coordinates and manages Payroll system, ensures timely and appropriate Payroll services in compliance with local legislation and internal procedure. Controls overtime, attendance, vacation quota fulfillment. Responsible for shift pattern creation in terms of business requirements.
  4. Develops remuneration analyses, interprets results, monitors surveys, describes variations, plans corrective actions, develops reports and presentations. Provides position evaluation, compensation scenario preparation, salary adjustment proposal in compliance of JTI standards and policies. Responsible for Payline building based on surveys, market practice evaluation within the region.
  5. Ensure competitive package of benefits, Insurances and Pension Plan, takes part in the tender of related service provider's selection.
  6. Responsible for APSP process with regards to HC planning, Labor cost calculation, HR GME budget planning, overtime, turnover, absenteeism calculation. Provide reports and LE analysis related to HC, Labor Cost, overtime, PIR distribution.  HR related KPI's fulfillment.
