Postition Overview:

The aim of the incumbent's position is to ensure and supervise current repairs, services, installations, start-up and disassembly of all production equipment (air conditioning, ventilation, compressed air, filters etc.) Responsible for technical equipment condition.



  1. Education: University (Bachelor or Master degree) education, preferably specialization in machine mechanics or industrial automation, Power engineering certificate in utilization of power installation and devices
  2. Work Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in a similar managerial position.
  3. Languages & Computer Skills: PC user (MS Office, AutoCAD would be of advantage). Good command of English.


Main Areas of Responsibility

  1. Develops technical documentation for all utilities.Develops utility KPIs in order to meet the set targets.Strives for a constant improvement of his department efficiency.
  2. Controls waste management, current repairs, services, installations, start-up and disassembly of all production equipment utilities (air conditioning, ventilation, compressed air, filters etc.).
  3. Checks technical condition of the factory electrical devices, ensures continuous power supply.
  4. Controls forklift trucks repairs, upgrade, assembly. Controls B&U installation technical status.
  5. Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the consumption of heat and electricity, conducts analyses of breakdowns in order to significantly reduce the downtime of utilities and identifies time- saving solutions and minimizes the machine downtime within the scope of utilities.
  6. Managing the following employee team: Maintenance team responsible for implementing and performing inspections, a team responsible for remedying reakdowns (working on shifts) and a team for B&U installations etc.
