SFM Merchandising Associate

As a Merchandising Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of brand merchandising in the assigned channel. Your role is essential to the sale of company products by making sure that the brand merchandising plans are executed effectively and are within the standards of JTI.



  • Provide input in the development, execution, and evaluation of the merchandising plans for JTI brands within the assigned trade channel.
  • Responsible for the efficient deployment of merchandising materials to the assigned channel in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for managing merchandising budget allocation within the assigned channel and for monitoring actual expenses versus approved budget until program closure.
  • Provides inputs in driving improvement in operational processes from development, merchandising materials forecasting, production, deployment, exhaustion driving reduced cycle time and process efficiencies



  • A college graduate
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Trade/Channel Marketing, or Marketing that includes on ground field sales experience from an FMCG company                                                                                                                                          
  • Experienced with trade & channel development strategy and plan formulation
  • Skilled in data gathering, insighting and analysis, and budget management
  • Good communication skills - Oral and written (English, Filipino)
  • Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
