We’re looking for more than 20 trusted Route Sales Supervisor to join us nationwide.



  • Achieves volume, brand / SKU (stock keeping unit), coverage, calls per day strike rate targets.
  • Achieves target distribution objectives in the various trade segments.
  • Monitor the team's Collection & Credit Efficiency, Quality of Accounts Receivables (AR), and aging accounts.
  • Establishes and maintains a cooperative working relationship with the accounts by conducting business in a fair and honest manner.
  • Manages accounts’ business performance: achievement of targets, managed ARs, daily fieldwork routine and call procedures.
  • Ensures ideal stock inventory in all routes at any given time and safeguard product freshness.
  • Responsible for territory and field force planning & management by aligning area and territory structures, route plans and headcount needed to achieve coverage and distribution objectives.



  • College graduate of any related courses
  • Preferably 2 years field sales management experience in related field and has gained experience in FMCG environment
  • Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives.
  • With range of influencing styles, team player and can work independently
  • Have desire and ability to learn.
  • Adaptable, flexible and open to change
  • Computer Literate; very adept in using MS Office application
  • With good communication skills – oral and written
  • Must have Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 1,2,3
