Job Overview

Responsibilities

 

As the Portfolio, Pricing & Comms Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Developing Portfolio Strategy: Building and implementing the in-market portfolio strategy to improve brand performance and value. This encompasses outlining strategic and tactical pricing strategies and recommending solid brand and product portfolio mixes to address recognized growth opportunities.
  • Leading Communication Development: Build consumer and customer-relevant multi-brand communication materials across key touchpoints including Digital and Trade. Ensure execution excellence and efficiency by integrating various RMC brand initiatives.
  • Analyzing Market Dynamics: Collaborate with SIBI to analyze and anticipate category and competitive dynamics. Plan, prioritize, and build effective portfolio plans, regularly monitoring key performance metrics across brands to ensure performance delivery.
  • Coordinating Demand Forecasting: Coordinate total portfolio demand forecasting and production planning to minimize supply disruptions and NTM/FG write-offs across all brands/SKUs. Drive capacity reviews and quickly identify solutions with Supply Chain and Factory as needed.
  • Managing NPD and Digital Initiatives: Ensure effective and smooth NPD processes in collaboration with GBS. Lead the digital agenda for RMC Brands, developing consumer-relevant branded content and improving initiatives across digital channels.

 

Requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

 

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in a Marketing or business-related course.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of brand management experience in FMCG or large multinational companies, with a proven track record in strategic brand management, new product development, insighting, project management, and brand positioning/communications development.
  • Experience handling a global brand or multi-market is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities, with a proven ability to work collaboratively as a great teammate and effective communicator.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities, capable of balancing multiple and complex projects.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen Answers is a plus.
