Take the challenge and put your career to new heights as we look for a talented Product Sales Representative (WG4) of the NGMA Sales Branches.


The role directly reports to the Field Sales Supervisor and will be assigned to our NGMA Branches (Baesa, Valenzuela, Marikina, and Makati).


Main Areas of Responsibility:

The position will be responsible for the direct sales operations in achieving area volume & distribution objectives including the close collaboration with Field Sales Supervisor and RSM managing trade relationships, implementing plans & programs developed and monitoring KPI achievement.


Establish a course of action to accomplish specific goal on territorial priorities using available resources. Drive change to improve over all activities including itinerary to ensure the right frequency of trade call.


Proper and correct implementation of the Basic Call Procedure. Proper handling, maintenance and effective use of the assigned vehicle. Proper handling of sales tools including salesman’s organizer, forms, accountable documents and all other materials/company properties necessary to the job.


Maintain an intensive territorial coverage plan based on itinerary and customer master list (census of outlets) that will attain 100% customer visit. Maintain professional relationships and positive outlook towards the company, superior, peers, branch personnel and customers. Maintain appropriate disbursement of selling allowance.



  • University graduate or any related course
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years professional sales experience.
  • Very good selling and negotiation skills.
  • Possess good working attitude and value integrity.
  • Must have valid Driver's License with Restriction code 1,2,3
  • Fluent in local communication skills 
  • Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Application
