TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work in close collaboration with Territory Development Leader and office managing trade relationships, implementing plans & programs developed and monitoring KPI achievement.
• Must achieve area target outlet coverage, offtake by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), numeric & weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS (Out of stock) control and excellent merchandising.

YOU ARE:

• Graduate of High School or any vocational courses.
• Have at least 2 years of field sales and driving experience in multinational FMCG company.
• Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives.
• Have desire and ability to learn.
• Adaptable, flexible and open to change.
• Must have Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 1,2,3
