Merchandising Support Associate
The Merchandising Support Associate will assist in merchandising planning, operations, and administrative tasks to support the CBU’s merchandising strategies and objectives. This role works closely with MSSM and MSSS to manage national merchandising calendars, toolkits, and inventory reports while overseeing vendor management, budget processing, and trade activations.
Qualifications:
✔ College graduate with at least 1 year of experience in FMCG or multinational companies (Marketing & Sales)
✔ Knowledgeable in Merchandising, Trade Activations, Project & Budget Management, and Execution Planning
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel) with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
✔ Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
✔ Results-driven and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Consolidate merchandising calendars, inventory reports, and execution updates
🔹 Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and performance tracking
🔹 Oversee POSM production, deployment, and warehousing processes
🔹 Handle budget validation and processing (PR/PO/GRs) to ensure financial accuracy
🔹 Assist in developing merchandising toolkits, guidelines, and process improvements
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, JTI regulations, and J-SOX controls
