D&IT Business Solutions Analyst
What this role is about
The D&IT Business Solutions Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing local and regional digital capabilities. This includes owning and driving the roadmap for AI and data-related products, collaborating with business stakeholders, and managing vendor relationships. The role requires a balance of technical understanding and strong business acumen, with a focus on delivering value through innovation, governance, and operational excellence.
What you will do

Capability Management
- Identify and enhance digital capabilities aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to reuse and deploy existing solutions.
- Support the development and localization of regional and global tools.

System Rollouts
- Assist in the planning and execution of centralized system rollouts across markets.
- Share learnings and best practices with other regions to accelerate adoption.

Product Ownership & Vendor Management
- Own and drive the roadmap for AI and data products (e.g., Terra, Pop, Colab).
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical vendors.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and enhancements with vendors.

Low-Code Development & Integration
- Use low-code tools to deliver short-term solutions.
- Leverage APIs to enhance integration and user experience.

Service Delivery & Continuity
- Ensure stable and compliant operation of D&IT applications.
- Manage incidents, problems, and service improvements.
- Provide training and support to business users.

Regional Operations & Governance
- Manage application portfolios and support project execution.
- Ensure alignment with corporate standards and governance frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and risk reduction.

Innovation
- Explore new technologies and trends to improve business models and operations.
- Actively contribute to innovation discussions and initiatives.
Who we are looking for
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years in a role involving product management, business analysis, or project management—preferably in data or AI-related projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Azure (preferred) or AWS.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar cloud-based ETL tools.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python Notebooks.
- Understanding of data platforms (e.g., Data Lake, Data Warehouse).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a sense of ownership and urgency.
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Language: Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written, in a professional setting
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PySpark).
- Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
- Exposure to low-code tools and API integrations.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
