Reports to: People & Culture Business Partner Director, Philippines

As a P&C Business Partner, you will ensure development and execution of People & Culture strategies for an assigned geographical sales account or function within HQ in order to meet the company’s strategic business objectives.



  • Business support: Act as a business partner within assigned zone or function for all P&C related matters.
  • Org design: Together with the zone/function management ensure that the organizational structure design serves current and future business needs and is in line with AP headcount plan. Review the job content and positions descriptions when required.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage sourcing activities within assigned zone/function including shortlisted recruitment, talent assessment, promotions and transfers. Proactively identify recruitment needs while taking into consideration the HC plan and available budget. Ensure the efficient use of recruitment tools and sourcing channels. Provide the consultancy for employees within the selection process.
  • Talent to Value: Ensure Talent Management processes are well established. Facilitate Talent Reviews and Succession Planning for the key positions on a regular basis and in line with Global Talent Management calendar. In a partnership with management identify Top Talents and drive programs for this group of employees. Ensure talent promotion and retention within the organization.
  • Performance Management: Drive the Performance Management processes, including all stages of performance review, performance improvement plans. Ensure all population within assigned zone/function is well educated on Performance Management processes.
  • L&D: consult employees about Learning & Development opportunities in the company and help them identify development needs towards career progression.
  • Comp & Ben: Ensure Compensation & Benefits support to managers related to recruitment, promotions, HC planning and other related matters, including comp scenarios proposals, correct PIR and guidance for ASR.
  • Labor Relations: Drive the compliance agenda and develop a strategy tackling misconduct prevention. Advise on due process deployment and other local labor relations matters/P&C procedures to secure the smooth resolution.



  • College Graduate
  • At least 5 years’ experience in People & Culture (diverse experience in GSC/Market, several locations or functions preferred).
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and to influence with impact.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes (org design, talent acquisition and management, labor relations, L&D)
  • Knowledgeable in local labor legislation
  • Skilled in negotiating and facilitating
  • Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino)
  • Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
