The successful candidate will be primariy accountable for sales force training and development programs.He/She will work closely in collaboration with the Sales Management Team, People & Culture and with Sales Region in developing and in implementing appropriate training programmes.


  • He/She will be responsible to evaluate and review the current RTM models, provide analysis and exploration of different RTM remuneration and identify efficiencies for improvement.
  • Work in close collaboration with Distributor and field managers on the implementation and measurement of Distributor Development & Assessment programs.




  • University degree is required, preferably in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of solid Sales background preferably in RTM function with FMCG company or large multinational company.
  • Experienced in distributor network and number analysis is highly required
  • Must be a good communicator, adept at data analysis, and can handle several projects at the same time.
  • Highly result-oriented and organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and flexibility are essential
  • Proficient in Windows application, and with good presentation skills.  
  • Fluency in English and local lanaguage
