FIELD FORCE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Work closely with all functions within Sales Operations or salesforce (Zone Manager (ZM), National Key Accounts Manager (NKAM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Key Accts Mgr (KAM), Distributor Partnership (DP) and other field sales personnel to understand all related business processes including Distributors.
  • Implement a training program for Distributor field force, Sales team member adapted to market requirements & JTI standards to improve core functional skills andcompetencies leading to a proper achievement of KPI's and sales force targets.
  • Perform regular field & customer visits to understand market specifics & trends, competitor practices,customer & consumer behaviour and assess sales force performance.

 

YOU ARE:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Have minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or specialist position in sales preferably in multinational FMCG company
  • Have good understanding of sales processes and best practices in assessing training needs analysis (TNA), developing appropriate programmes and implementing sales force trainings
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to deliver results through collaboration and influencing
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures
  • Field oriented person
