Reports to: Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager

As an EB Specialist, you will be building and strengthening JTI Employer Brand through a holistic, through-the-line and candidate-centric Employer Brand Strategy & Activation across the full talent journey and with focus on Generation Z and early-to-mid professionals.

 

The main deliverables of this position are positive awareness & competitive attractiveness of JTI as an Employer of Choice, sufficient quantity and high quality of candidates, and high caliber referrals by employees applicable for 3 entities (Market, Factory, GBS).

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Build JTI as an Employer of Choice among Generation Z by setting up a strong and long-term young talent attraction platform with Make It Bright with objectives to attract & successfully integrate brightest young talent to JTI, deliver positive shifts of awareness & attractiveness of JTI as an Employer as a foundation of a future talent pool for JTI
  • Build JTI as an Employer of Choice among early-to-mid professionals by overcoming key barriers and attracting the brightest cross industry talent to join JTI talent pool and apply to relevant positions
  • Engage current employees with JTI Employer Brand and encourage employees to act as ambassadors and promote JTI among peers & refer JTI to the best talent.

 

YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Marketing
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience within HR or Marketing functions.
  • Knowledge in Marketing Strategy, Brand Activation, Consumer Insights & Research, Project Management, Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of People & Culture / HR
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a cross-functional team
  • Advanced written and oral English
  • Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), knowledge of design software is a plus
