Digital Brands Manager
As the in the Digital Brands Manager in the area of Digital, you will:

Serve as the brand guardian for JTI's digital brands, including Negosolve, Sagot Ka Ni JTI, and JTI Japan Quality.

Report to the Digital Operations Lead, the incumbent is responsible for the strategic direction, identity, guidelines, and oversight of marketing communications, PR & Content, and messaging requirements for these digital brands. This role involves managing a team, ensuring consistency, innovation, and effectiveness across all digital branding and communication initiatives across multiple digital touchpoints.

Work cross-functionally with colleagues in Digital Operations, especially Trade CX, Digital Experience and CRM & MA, as well as other areas of Marketing & Sales (M&S), Field Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, Finance, and Commercial Business Units to ensure cohesive and integrated strategies.

Strategic Direction & Brand Management: Develop and implement the strategic direction for JTI's digital brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Oversee the maintenance and evolution of brand identities, guidelines, and positioning across all digital platforms. Ensure all digital branding initiatives are consistent, innovative, and effective in enhancing brand perception and awareness.

Marketing Communications & PR Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing communications and PR campaigns for digital brands. Ensure that all campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives, effectively reaching target audiences. Collaborate with the Digital Brands PR & Content Manager and the Digital Brands Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to deliver cohesive and impactful communication strategies.

Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor the team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Ensure the team effectively executes strategies and meets project deadlines.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital branding and communication initiatives. Utilize data and insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engagement and brand perception in the digital space.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Operations Lead and other discipline leadas (Trade CX, CRM & MA, Contact Care, Digital Experience, and E-Commerce) to ensure cohesive strategy and execution. Engage with senior leadership to align digital brand strategies with broader business initiatives. Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Legal, Marketing & Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, and CBUs to support integrated communication efforts.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent vocational training in Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Creative Writing, etc
- minimum 8 years proven experience acquired in JTI and/or in previous company (preferrably in FMCG industries) in Marketing and/or Communications
- Fluent Tagalog and advance in oral and written english
