WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

 

The person is responsible for handling the deployment of JTIP's various ongoing digital projects, ensuring that all project requirements are accounted for and all schedules are on track. They should be able to identify resources, map out various scenarios, and create risk mitigation plans to ensure that projects are deployed and are running as intended throughout the duration of said projects. Throughout a project's existence, the person should be able to optimize and introduce changes as necessary to further improve the experience.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • DIGITAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION: 

    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and identify resources on the development of digital platforms and programs while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and organization’s standards.

    • Owns and improve the user experience online.

    • Ensures full compliance with all laws and regulations.

    • Regularly monitor current & new digital initiative performance metrics and track overall brand performance in digital in order to ensure performance delivery.

 

  • SCENARIO MAPPING AND USER TESTING:

    • Maps out all possible user scenarios - both positive and negative - in the use of the platforms of each project and proposes ways to mitigate any potential risk to JTI.

    • Leads the conduct of usability testing and UAT in all digital projects of JTI prior to rollout to ensure that projects and platforms are graspable by the end users. 

 

  • DATA-DRIVEN PROCESS AND EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENT

    • Identifies opportunities and pain points in upcoming and ongoing projects, campaigns, and/or platforms by tracking and monitoring key digital metrics and proposes changes based on this to further improve processes and experiences.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in business, marketing, economics, or media and communications.
  • At least 5 years of project management and/or account management experience specifically towards digital products and campaigns, preferably in a large FMCG or digital marketing agency.
  • Solid understanding of various project management methods such as scrum.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies within digital marketing, e-commerce and dynamic retargeting.
  • Comfortable testing websites to constantly improve the User Experience (UX).
  • Experience in usability and/or user testing preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a huge plus.
