ServiceNow Architect 

 

What this position is about?

 

The ServiceNow Platform Architect will be responsible for the ServiceNow platform governance and architecture, definition of global ServiceNow Platform standards and guidelines, performing architecture design reviews and advisory for major ServiceNow projects. 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Architecture design reviews and advisory for ServiceNow projects to ensure adherence to the standards by all ServiceNow developers
  • Lead/participate in the assessment of new solutions, technologies, standards, and frameworks
  • Lead / coordinate cross-platform operations (overall Landscape management and usage monitoring, supervise upgrades/cloning, house-keeping activities, HI tickets, audits)
  • Proactively analyze technology trends & JTI business demand to identify upcoming opportunities
  • Maintain a high level of expertise through learning, conferences, customer focus groups, etc.
  • Continuously improve and promote the JTI ServiceNow application life cycle management tools and principles (DevOps, Agile Delivery), promote and govern the Citizen development practices within the ServiceNow platform.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • You have a University Degree, preferably in IT
  • 3+ years of experience as a member of ServiceNow implementations, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform, administration, CMDB, Service Portal, Flow Designer, development of custom applications, scripting
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Governance and administration, DevOps and integration technologies
  • Good understanding of the key IT processes, knowledge of ITIL or similar framework, development experience in Agile projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong presentation skills, ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Open to candidates outside NCR
