ServiceNow Administrator

 What this position is about?


ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible to perform administration activities of ServiceNow platform and support one of the following modules (HRSD, CSM, ITSM, SPM, ITAM, ITOM).


What will you do?


  • Lead planning and execution of the upgrades, patching and cloning activities
  • Manage instance security: user/group access, access control lists, service accounts, etc.
  • Lead platform house-keeping activities and improvements
  • Provides configuration assistance to ServiceNow developers
  • Escalation points for incidents that impacts the platform
  • Responsible for monitoring Team KPI’s
  • Monitor data quality and licenses usage on ServiceNow platform
  • Proactively analyze technology trends and new ServiceNow features to drive platform expansion and adoption
  • Ensure high quality of the platform-related technical documentation
  • Manage tickets assigned to the team according to agreed procedures
  • Support ServiceNow developers and develop solutions on your own.


Who are we looking for?


  • You have a University Degree, preferably in IT
  • 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow Developer
  • CSA Certification
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform and of at least one of the following ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, SPM, CSM)
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow integration solutions, security and other web-based technologies such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, REST/SOAP, mobile developments
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to deliver on time and follow-up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified
  • Strong problem solving and debugging skills, attention to details
  • Strong problem solving skills and experience in troubleshooting integrations, security, and application issues
  • Fluent in English.
