The purpose of this position is to lead the Omnichannel Consumer Experience Management (CEM) function for Reduced-Risk Product (RRP) brands and support the launch of JTI Philippines in the emerging RRP category.

The incumbent will be responsible for mapping the RRP consumer journey and defining the RRP brand strategic responses along the different stages of the journey.  The incumbent will also be responsible for bringing brand and campaign ideas to life and the creation of BTL marketing assets for all identified BTL consumer touchpoints to aid consumer adoption & retention in order to drive the future growth of the JTIP RRP business.

Collaborations with other teams will be required to recommend the optimal RRP consumer experience strategy and deployment. (SIBI, RRP, M&S Digital, RMC Marketing)



  • Consumer Experience Management: Work as the CEM expert within the RRP team.  Define and translate brand requirements into CEM objectives and activities.  Ensure all omnichannel requirements are in line with overall brand direction, applying clear objectives and strategic requirements to ensure short- and long-term objectives.

  • 1-2-1 Consumer Engagement & Ambassadors: Develop, implement, and manage the RRP 1-2-1 consumer engagement roll-out, particular RRP Ambassadors, to successfully drive trial & conversion into JTI RRP Brands.  This involves the selection of agency partners & training of 1-2-1 resource, the deployment, and cycle-planning of Ambassadors, the development of all consumer-facing engagement material.  Strong performance management attitude - able to proactively provide feedback to RRP and collaborative teams (SIBI, Sales, RMC marketing)

  • Loyalty Program: Develop, implement, and manage the RRP Loyalty Program - linking brand website, e-commerce & offline own retail; retaining JTI RRP Franchise to our brands. Strong performance management attitude - able to provide proactive feedback to the RRP & collaborative teams (SIBI, Sales, RMC Marketing)

  • Stakeholder & Agency Management: Experience in managing and educating stakeholders in all things CEM.  Be able to translate CEM activities into business metrics, provide a go-to source of CEM expertise, and proactively educate the wider department in the area of Consumer Experience Management.  Experience in managing multiple agencies.



  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training in Marketing / Experience Management / CRM / Digital
  • Have experience in defining and building Consumer Journey linking online & offline and bridging channels.Have experience in creating multi-channel campaigns (either standalone or as part of an overarching ATL campaign)
  • Strong experience in creating messaging and product position and translating them into effective and impactful engagement
  • Have experience planning and managing Direct-To-Consumer / 1-2-1 deployment and reporting
  • Have experience in creating & managing loyalty programs linked to consumption, and in line with overarching brand positioning
  • Have proven ability to manage complex projects
  • Performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks)
  • Have proven ability to work within a technical environment
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
