WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

Responsible to successfully oversee and manage the strategy, design, development, delivery and implementation of organization efficiencies and effectiveness through change management strategies and plans. Ensures change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by maximizing employee adoption and utilization with minimized resistance. Work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees and the line.  Will serve as the main coach for line leaders to help fulfill the role as a change sponsor. 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organization and Job Design and Diagnosis:
    • Review, realign, and redesign size and capacity based on organization function and strategies
    • Design and deliver high quality, high impact organization development and design Interventions on time and on budget; working with the dynamics of both small and large groups
    • Manage the Role Evaluation Process (from evaluation to creation/updating of Job Profiles) of newly created, designed, or realigned roles of the new/updated organization structure
    • Design and implement organization health reviews based on P&C strategies and objectives
  • Change Management and Communication:
    • Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
    • Governs and monitors progress for change management changes, issues, risks and deviations; including tracking progress on actions and mitigation of risks
    • Drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the change management process, including regular process reviews and updates to ensure relevance and alignment to the business environment
    • Monitors the effectiveness of Change Management, makes recommendations for improvements and drives the realization recommended benefits     
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyze and interpret ambiguous and complex information and relationships
    • Leads the integrated assessment of the overall effectiveness and impact of Organization Development interventions vis-a-vis strategic HR/ Business objectives
    • Analyze trends and data to identify actionable people insights specific to function; ensure ALL people decisions in function are based on data
    • Collaborate and share data insights to potentially or currently impacted teams based on organization strategies
  • Owns financial administration of budgeting and accounting for oraganization development, change activities, and resources
  • Provide assistance to the P&C Business Support Director and P&C Team when required.                                    

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related business degree. Change Management certification is an advantage.
  • Must have at least 8 years of progressive organization development, change management, business transformation, corporate startegy or related field experience in a large complex corporation with exposure to audiuence at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data to provide insights that diagnose risks and opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Proven expertise and track record of success in organizational development strategies, change management, project management, and consulting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to audience at various levels of the organization.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook) and intermediate to advanced at Excel.
  • Data Analytics Tools exposure / direct experience (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, Advanced Excel)                
  • Functional Skills:
    • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service; ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
    • Ability to take initiative; results oriented.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
