  • The NCC Regional Coordinator is primarily accountable for ensuring effective relationship with local market, factory, and origin IT organizations.

  • As being a Single Point of Contact, the incumbent serves as a link between JTG local organizations (including IT coordinators, division IT representatives or business) and Networks & Communications Center Team and service providers for all business expectations concerning telecommunication services.

  • The incumbent acts as a project manager and coordinates all aspects of the delivery of catalog services ordered by the customers starting from ordering to Operational Acceptance and Service Readiness.

  • S/he controls service providers' project management and delivery organization to ensure full readiness of services on timely manner.

  • While managing customer expectations, the incumbent is also responsible for ensuring all Networks & Communications initiatives are properly and regularly being communicated to the local JTG organizations.


Customer Focus:

  • As being a Single Point of Contact; ensure telecommunications service requirements are well understood and met from the standard service catalog of our preferred service providers. In case the business requirements cannot be met from the standard catalog of services, ensure the required solution is being built by the NCC Technical Architecture Team and business requirement is met properly and on timely manner.


  • Coordinate regular reviews with field IT or local management and ensure better understanding on the future business plans impacting telecom services to set correct customer expectations and ensure alignment with NCC Team's plans, resources, service providers to deliver required services on time according to the business plans and expectations.

Service Delivery:

  • Ensure regular delivery status reports are being shared with the customers, deliver services in accordance with internal orders, processes, committed lead times and operational acceptance is obtained. Ensure final acceptance of the service delivery through service providers' ordering tools.

Order & Quotation Management:

  • Ensure all requests from the local organizations are being handled through standard IT Tools (i.e., Service Now). Manage / Coordinate the whole ordering and quotation of the services in line with NCC Ordering and Delivery Processes and Service Level Objectives

NCC Roadmap and Planning:

  • Ensure NCC Roadmap and A/SP instructions are well communicated and presented to the market / factory and origin organizations. Make sure that field IT organizations are fully aware of the plans, and all required local planning actions are taken accordingly. Ensure proper and timely updating of global initiatives to global teams.

Inventory Management:

  • Regularly review the service inventory of the locations within the providers' tools and make sure they are accurate.


  • University degree in Information Management, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong IT Telecommunications background

  • IT service management (ITIL, ITSM)

  • Solid communication and project management skills.

  • 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology, with particular focus on Service Delivery and governance, Telecommunications (Data and Voice/Video)



  • Work in JTI GBS Philippines Taguig
