Marketing and Sales Reporting Specialist


As a Marketing & Sales (M&S) Reporting Specialist, you are responsible for generating Strategic, Operational, and OneData reporting to support market partners in the AMER/APAC/MENEAT/CIS regions. You will take part in migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center here in Manila. You are responsible for performing controls and quality checking activities to ensure the reports of GBS meet the requirements of stakeholders as defined in the Service Level Targets (SLTs). You will contribute in Continuous Improvement projects aiming to standardize, simplify and make processes more efficient. And you will be expected to actively participate in various engagement and personal & career development activities rolled out within the team and the GBS center. 


What will you do?


  • Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets.
  • Ensure completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
  • Attend and represent the GBS M&S Reporting Team during Region & Market specific meetings for discussions of projects statuses, updates, and per business need.
  • Aid Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests.
  • Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurate.
  • Perform quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBS.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon Center Process Manager’s request.


Who are we looking for?


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business, Math or other related fields
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales with at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG/ BPO/ Share Service industry with strong focus on business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
  • Good English communication skills; familiarity or fluency on any of the local markets in scope is a plus
  • Must have: Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills; Good to have: Automation skills (VBA, Macros) and PowerBI
  • Experience in SAP and SQL is an advantage
  • Ammenable to work either in a morning or mid shift
  • Willing to do occassional on-site work in McKinley Hill Taguig
