The Organizational Change Management Partner in Digital and Information Technology will develop and implement strategy and approach for successfully managing business changes and business applications knowledge in JTI, in alignment with D&IT strategy. The incumbent acts as the change partner to relevant BTS and Business functions and is plays key role in realization of the benefits of implemented changes by ensuring user adoption of business processes and systems for relevant business capabilities. This role ensures that each project/initiative understands the scope of change management effort and plans/executes all necessary steps in accordance with JTI's D&IT change management framework. The position bears direct responsibility for change management activities in major IT related initiatives and also supervises change management consultants in other projects. In addition, this role builds and implements strategies to ensure power user engagement in relevant functional area



What will you do?


  • You will identify change needs and change management risks for all projects in Technology Investment Portfolio through change management need assessment with Business and IT leads of projects. Recommend the change management approach, based on outcomes and ensure change team resources availability
  • Accountable for development and delivery of the CM work plans, including key milestones and deliverables, integrate it with overall project's plan. Ensure on-time and quality delivery of CM activities, milestones and deliverables
  • Ensure knowledge transfer from projects to business as usual and user adoption groups from the projects. Define transition plans and monitor their execution
  • Training services delivery responsibilities span across approach selection and management.
    • Appropriate due diligence, business justification and delivery partner selection following JTI Policy and Procedures
    • Contract creation & management ensuring all legal aspects are covered from a service delivery perspective including (but not limited to) Data Protection, Service Level Agreements, Service Delivery Penalty Clauses, termination clauses, data access
    • Coordination of approach evaluation with necessary JTI IT teams and business partners (BTS, Business functions)
    • Measuring and reporting of service delivery KPIs invoking penalties where required
    • Holding regular service delivery reviews 
  • Owns quality execution of   D& IT (business applications) training services for relevant functional areas. Facilitation of regular training needs assessment (power users and end users)


Who are we looking for?


  • A University degree holder in business, marketing, or communications. Master’s in strategic communication will be a plus
  • Has 8+ years in change management or talent management or project management in a large-scale business application implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to decompose complex tasks, to plan and implement initiatives, analyze operational performance
  • Knowledgeable of change management methodologies and aware of modern learning & communication methodologies
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has good listening skills, flexible, and patient
  • Has the ability to develop KPIs and report
