Strategic Insights Manager

Drive business decisions through market, consumer, trade, and brand performance insights. Identify risks and opportunities, challenge strategies, and shape future plans with data-driven recommendations. Lead consumer research, manage syndicated data systems and retail audit insights, promote knowledge sharing, and support team development by mentoring SI Associates and New Graduates.

This position is based in Izmir and reports to the Strategic Insights Lead.

Position:

You will be responsible for:

Generating insights

• Generate and translate consumer and trade insights into winning business strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales to address key business challenges.
• Drive research, analytics, and knowledge management across multiple data sources.
• Ensure stakeholders have a clear and actionable view of market and brand performance.
• Consolidate findings and generate recommendations to drive strategic business planning.

Managing research projects

• Drive consumer and trade research to generate actionable business insights.
• Provide recommendations that strengthen brand performance and support strategic decisions.
• Ensure research compliance and explore innovative methods to uncover new opportunities.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent departments
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Intelligence, Marketing, or Strategy
• Relevant experience in FMCG marketing and/or sales functions is desirable. Cross-cultural experience is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with native Turkish proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, PowerBI knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills & proficient in research data analytics.(ie. Nielsen and Sales data and report knowledge is a plus)
