Raw Material Supply Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and compliant supply for all raw materials (NTM & Leaf) in line with the Global Sourcing Plan and requirements from the Planning Department.

The position will be based in Izmir and will report to Planning Manager.

Position:

As the Raw Material Supply Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring timely and compliant supply for all raw materials (NTM & Leaf, international and local) for Torbali factory in accordance with the Global Sourcing Plan and factory's demand. This includes managing all relevant SAP transactions and PLM activities, coordinating communication and delivery-date negotiations with suppliers, and resolving issues in collaboration with suppliers, R&D, Global Procurement, and relevant Global and local functions.
• Minimization of materials' write-offs, damages and quality issues through smooth coordination and effective participation in MRB (Material Review Board) meetings, driving prompt and sustainable resolution of quality issues with Suppliers and ensuring timely execution of corrective actions by responsible teams.
• Logistics cost optimization, with strong adherence to approved budget. 
• Ensuring alignment of the department to relevant IMS requirements.
• Team management and development, promoting and role-modelling JTI Our Way Behaviours.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
• SAP and network computers usage capability, advanced level of MS Office applications
